In India, a year contains six seasons. These are--- summer, monsoon, autumn, late autumn, winter, and spring. Among them my favorite season is winter. It starts in the month of December and ends in the month of February. In winter the weather is very cold. It is the season of Fruits and Flowers. Flowers like roses, marigolds, calendulas, dahlias, make nature colorful. Fruits and vegetables are cheap in this season. It is also the season of festivals. Saraswati Puja, Poush Sankranti, Christmas, Nabanna Utsab, New year are celebrated in winter. In this season we get lots of energies to do hard work. The sky becomes cloudless. I love this season very much.
